Item(s) may be exchanged as credit towards an item(s) of equal or greater value. All exchanges must be made at the G2 Store.
Are there additional items available in the store?
Yes! Our G2 Store is filled with an assortment of gear for all year round. Visit the store, located in the Lower & Middle School gym, on Tuesdays 2:30-4:00pm, Thursdays 7:30-9:00am & Fridays 7:30-9:00am.
How do I return an item?
Simply bring the item back to the G2 Store for an exchange or to credit towards a different item. Cash will not be refunded for the difference if the item is of greater value than what is chosen. All items must be like new, having not been stained, torn, washed, or damaged.
When will I receive my pre-ordered item and what if I need to see it first?
Samples of most pre-order items are available in the G2 Store if you would like to preview it before placing your order. We will notify you when your pre-order item is ready for pick-up or is being sent home with your child.
What are my delivery options?
You may choose to pick up your items from the G2 Store during store hours or to have the item sent home with your child. Should your child be the one to pick up your item(s), we are not responsible for misplaced or damaged products once they are given to your child.
Can I use a gift card or coupon online?
Sorry! Coupons and gift cards must be used in the G2 Store during store hours.
How will I know that my item(s) are ready for pick-up?
Orders are processed on a weekly basis. Your item(s) will be ready for in-store pick-up or will be sent home with your student within one week of placing the order. Should an item be on back-order or unavailable, you will be notified. If you chose a PRE-ORDER item, you'll be notified when that item has arrived.
